This website is operated by ICARE Lift System. It describes our home lift products and lets you request a free site visit or a written quotation. Using the site or submitting an enquiry means you accept these terms.

Every price shown on this site — including "from ₹9 Lakh" and the price bands in the product grid — is an indicative starting price for a standard configuration. Your final price depends on the site survey: floors served, cabin size and finish, shaft or structure work, power supply and site access. A binding price is given only in a written quotation issued after a site visit.

Site visits are free and carry no obligation to purchase. We aim to schedule a visit within 48 hours and to issue a written quotation within 24 hours of that visit; both are targets, not guarantees, and depend on site access and your availability. Quotations are valid for the period stated on the quotation itself.

Installation timelines quoted on this site (typically 8–12 weeks from order confirmation) are estimates from the date of a confirmed order with civil readiness at site. Delays caused by civil work, power supply, statutory approvals or access at site are outside our control and shift the timeline accordingly. The timeline applicable to your project is the one written into your quotation.

Our installations are supplied to comply with IS 15259 and CE-EN81, and our work also carries IS 17900 and TUV certification as stated on your quotation. Registration under the Maharashtra Lift Act and any local authority permissions applicable to your building are part of the scope described in your quotation.

The warranty period, inclusions and exclusions applicable to your lift are those stated in your order documents. Warranty cover assumes the lift is used as intended, is serviced as scheduled, and has not been altered or repaired by anyone other than our engineers.

Images, drawings, brochures, text and video on this site belong to ICARE Lift System and may not be reproduced for commercial use without written permission. Product images are representative; cabin finishes and fittings vary by configuration.

We accept home lift enquiries for Mumbai, Thane, Navi Mumbai, Pune, Lonavala and the surrounding Maharashtra region. Enquiries from outside this area may not receive a site visit.
