ICARE Lift System manufactures and installs home lifts, MRL lifts, hydraulic lifts and vacuum lifts in Mumbai, Thane, Navi Mumbai, Pune and Lonavala. We are the data controller for information submitted through this website.

We only collect what you type into an enquiry form on this site:

• Name
• Mobile number (10 digits, used for callback and WhatsApp)
• Email address, where you provide one
• Location or locality of the property
• Requirement details — lift type, number of floors, approximate budget, installation timeline and how far along you are in the decision
• Which brochure or resource you requested, when you download one

We do not ask for and do not want financial details, identity documents or any sensitive personal information through this website.

• To call, message or WhatsApp you about the enquiry you submitted
• To schedule a free site visit and prepare a written quotation
• To send the brochure or resource you requested
• To keep an internal record of enquiries so we do not contact you twice

By submitting a form you consent to being contacted by phone, SMS and WhatsApp on the number you provide. You can ask us to stop at any time and we will.

Enquiries are stored in our own secured database and in an internal spreadsheet used by our sales engineers. Access is limited to our own staff who handle enquiries and site visits. We do not sell, rent or trade your details, and we do not share them with third parties for their own marketing.

This website uses the following third-party tools, which may set cookies:

• Google Ads and Google Tag Manager — to measure which advertisement led to an enquiry and to show relevant advertising
